Id salon

I had been to ur salon initially for hair wash and blow dry after taking an appt with Rooplata - the receptionist who calls her manager / head of the salon but I had to wait for a long time . Poor rating for the reception. My experience with Raju the hairdresser was excellent - 5 star for him . Yes I went second time for Roottouch up yesterday. yes took the appt where in a man who received the call was very polite and customer friendly . This time I got my hair colour done from Raju and it was absolutely perfect . 5 star again to the hairdresser . Now the worst is this woman again who called me up suddenly today saying kal aap aaye the payment receive nahi hua hai payment kardo - where in she was the one who confirmed that yeah msg aaya uska beep hua , payment ho Gaya. How the hell is she so stupid not to understand if payment is done or not and to my surprise I had to literally share her the screenshot today and when I called her she is arguing instead if being politely managing the customer . YOUR RECEPTION IS THE FACE OF SALON . UNFORTUNATELY THIS ONE RATING IS FOR HER RUDE BEHAVIOUR .AND CALLING CUSTOMER ASKING TO MAKE THE PAYMENT . THERE IS A WAY TO CONFIRM IF U CANNOT TALLY UR ACCOUNT . THINK BEFORE U INVEST. SMILE IS VERY IMP IN CUSTOMER SERVICE .

Went to get hair done for a wedding. My daughter got a simple bun done, my sister tried the French roll they messed it up then she ended up with a half pony tail. I had my hair done in curls. Whereas they did a good job with my hair and my daughter's my sister was left disappointed. They also completely over charged us.

Some days ago I went for nose pierce,after 35 minutes one person came and told mam please come so I sitted chair .But I told the man please you pierce this place but that banda pierce my nose wrong side .You know guys the charges was also too much. 1300 hundred.after come back from salon I feel very pain and my nose was swelling so mane apna nose pin khol dia. That was horrible experience. Wastages of money. So guys go jewellery shop it will be much much better than ID salon.

It was worth the price. I got my facial done by Puja Mishra and she was very friendly and cooperative throughout my session. Overall, it was fantastic experience at the salon. Will highly recommend everyone who are looking for salon service in jsr.

I went there in id I am extremely happy with their services i have done hair colour with highlights and it looks very nice specially I give a big thanks to dipak thakur he did his job very well.

Had good time at ID salon with my mom getting services ... Pooja and Ritu were great at their jobs and did help us out with the right product. Happy with the service :)

Had gone for my hair alongwith my sister and her daughter. It was most disappointing as they could not do a good job at all. For all three they charged the same amount which was surely overpriced. Very bad experience. Not at all recommended.

HORRIBLE !!!! I always come for pedicure here that too since 3 years never had a complaint but AMRITA cut my foot while doing a pedicure !!!!!! I was bleeding profusely!!!!! She kept arguing too!!! Don't get your pedicure done by her !!!!!!!!! POOJA MISHRA was very PROFESSIONAL and KIND and HELPFUL !!!! I highly recommend her
