I'm satisfied with the quality of the service, but the scheduling system and attitude at the front desk were disappointing. The receptionist was quite arrogant and insisted that I shouldn't expect to choose a fixed stylist for services like haircuts. I was surprised when she started lecturing me on how appointments work at their salon. She even mentioned that their staff keeps changing every three months, so relying on a particular stylist isn't an option. Good service overall, but the experience was let down by poor customer handling and a rigid, unfriendly approach to client preferences.
