There was a incompetent professional who claimed to have 3-4 years of experience but was incapable of assessing whether my present hair cut was step cut or layer cut.Whenever I see my hair I get disappointed. however I had a good experience previously with the professional named suraj. And after cutting my length to shoulder, one of the beautician had the audacity to say why are you sad and why are you crying, these are just hairs and it will grow. Though the manager later came and accepted their mistake but I really had the worst experience last time

I went in for a haircut few days back, I was charged Rs. 300 less 25% discount, but later I found out they are running a flat 50% discount on services. The barber named Sonu billed me and charged me extra. Highly unprofessional, won't recommend anyone ever.
