Miss. Mala is a humble professional. She gave the best full body waxing experience, with good talks and less pain. Additionally Mr. Uday gave the best head massage and haircut. My overall experience was cherry on top also with a tasty cup of tea and kind gesture of the staff and a good discount! Must visit VLCC Sakchi Jamshedpur.

First time i highlighted my hair and Mr. Uday did it really very well, he understands the customer requirement....all staffs of vlcc (sakchi) are good in nature, specially Owner rohit singh and manager pooja, they are very polite in nature, they treats customer with full respect, i strongly recommend to visit the center, overall experiance was the best, i just loved it.

Worst experience ever I did smoothening here before 5 years and the effect of smoothening stayed till 1 year This time I did keratin treatment which costed me 6k and shampoo, conditioner, serum extra 4k. After 2 washes itself that effect was gone . although I was using the same gk product which they referred. My husband did keratin treatment from other place but it's been 5 months still effect is there he don't even use any costly product. I could see alot of grey hair after that treatment. I will never recommend anyone to do any treatment from here. I couldn't able to call them because after that treatment done I was very busy with some function at my home n I came abroad so I can't even able to call them unfortunately .

At starting VLCC was good now a days I feel no professional staff is there I did keratin treatment one month back now I am posting this after one month. My keratin is there little after one wash and in 2 to 3 wash it turned into normal as it was curly but rough too. Although I am using gk shampoo the costly one which they recommended but still there is no effect My husband did keratin from different place he is not even using sulphate free shampoo but still his keratin effect is there as it is. I am highly disappointed with this treatment. It was too costly.I will never go VLCC sakchi again

Terrible and horrible experience i must say..Guys I am not sure about other things but for bridal it's a big no here...I booked for my sisters marriage, the makeup artist Mala did not turned up on the wedding day and did not even conveyed about her absence for my sisters wedding which was prebooked earlier with advance...they charged 10k for the bridal makeup...she literally ruined her most special day...I feel it was the responsibility of the makeup artist to meet her commitment and if due to any emergency she was absent she should have conveyed before...you cannot trust them...we literally feel cheated here...and most importantly a bride's special day was ruined...

Disappointing Experience with VLCC Beauty Parlour I had a terrible experience at VLCC. While styling my hair, the staff used rollers that ended up burning my long hair. This not only caused significant hair fall but also left a horrible burnt smell. What made it worse was their unprofessional attitude, they charged me the full amount despite the damage caused and didn't offer any refund or compensation. It's shocking how a reputed brand like VLCC shows such negligence towards customer care and safety. They failed to take responsibility for their mistake, leaving me highly dissatisfied. I had expected better service and professionalism, but this experience was far from it. I would not recommend VLCC to anyone who values proper care and respect as a customer. If you're looking for reliable beauty services, it's better to explore other options to avoid such incidents.
