Ramgarh Studio 11 family salon

Had one of the worst experiences at Studio 11 Hair Salon. The staff were completely unwelcoming and seemed indifferent to customers. I waited for around 10-15 minutes, and not a single person approached to ask what I needed or even acknowledge my presence. It felt like I was completely invisible. Very disappointed with the service--definitely not what you expect from a salon. Would not recommend based on this experience.

Today I visited Studio 11 Salon( Ramgarh) for hair highlights,. The artist did a fantastic job and my highlights look amazingly beautiful and natural! The color is vibrant and exactly what I wanted. The artist was professional, attentive and took the time to understand my preferences. The overall experience was relaxing. The staff was very friendly, the salon itself is cleaned and well maintained with a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend this SALON for anyone looking to get stunning hair highlights!
