though i have designed this place, it gives me honor to mention the management and services of this salon is awesome..... Great place in town... a must visit for the people who believes in quality and fashion.

My Wife Visited today your Salon and i feel that you are offering quality services but for your information your staff is not able to deliver it despite your are just charging heavily. They are not bothered to deliver service with dedication rather they are busy in grabbing walk in and servicing other customers in between So please work on what is called quality in management terms, only quoting names that depicts luxury does not solve the problem. With price comes great quality and satisfaction.

Great haircuts,fantastic services,Easy appointments, welcoming staff, Very pleasant Atmosphere. Especially considering the difficult times we all are facing with the current pandemic. This is the only salon that I trust to properly deal with my hair. Their extensive knowledge and exta ordinary skill are truly unmatched.Definitely recommend coming here.

The worst service I have ever experienced. I went there for hair colour. The hair stylist (I don't know if he was one), didn't know anything about hair colour. I took the service in the old branch I.e. in yuvraj palace. The guy Asif really destroyed my hair colour. Very unprofessional. I don't know how can someone keep employees like him to provide these kinds of services. Just bcz of him I'll never ever recommend this salon to anyone. It's a total waste of money. It's better to colour your hair by yourself instead of going to this salon.

Extremely disappointed by the Haircut I received. I went to this place after reading good reviews about them on Google, but man, I was so wrong in believing these fake reviews; I am guessing the staff makes its customers write these Reviews in exchange for some discounts. I had called them to make an appointment and specifically asked to get my haircut done by the most experienced guy they have; what I get, a new guy who, even after I showed him the type of haircut I wanted (and It was my own picture not some random guys picture from Google) and explaining everything about my hair texture, partition and all couldn't get me a haircut which was even close to what I showed him. Upon asking why my request of getting a haircut from their most experienced stylist was not met, they gave me a response saying they never got the request, extreme unprofessionalism. Never visiting this place again, and please don't go by the high rating on Google; it's all fake and not legitimate. Avoid this Salon

I visited your outlet today in Yuvraj Palace Ranchi Jharkhand. I was assisted by Mr. Aarif from your team and he has given me the worst experience ever with the beard cut. I asked him to trim my beard at 1.5 but he had cleared all my beard with blade and now I am left with a worst looking face. I am feeling ashamed of even stepping out of my house. I have not even received the bill for the payment I made of 201/- rupees. I was referred to your outlet by my friend and was told that this is a good salon but today I had the worst beard cut ever. I will not recommend anyone from my Circle to visit your salon and even my family as well. Your staff is not even aware as to how to treat a customer. I am not at all satisfied with your service.

Pure fraud. They'll lure you of best offers on the telephone call and ask you to visit. As soon as you're there, as per them that telephonic team doesn't belong to them and they are not aware of anything. Seriously? And you call yourself as a 7 star spa? You go for either of the massage, it will all be the same as they're not really specialist in all of them but just basic indian massages. I wish I had negative scores to give them. Would never recommend anyone to visit there unless they still want to be duped.
