Took Hair Spa from Ajit at the salon and I must say service was top notch. He handled very nicely and not rushed the process. Massage was very relaxing and too good. My hair looks healthy and smooth after 1 session of spa and looking forward to take more from the salon.

Extremely Disappointed - Repeated Bad Eyebrow Service I've been visiting the Lakme Salon in Lalpur for a while now, but I'm finally done with their service. Every 2-3 months, whenever I go back, they mess up my eyebrows despite clear instructions. This has happened multiple times, and it's beyond frustrating. I kept giving them chances thinking it would improve, but nothing has changed. The staff clearly doesn't pay attention, and the result is always disappointing. I'm fed up and will not be going back. Definitely do not recommend this salon for eyebrow service.

Had a very good experience at the salon. My pre-bridal skin services was done by Rakhi. She is very professional, her behaviour is also good. Overall i am very satisfied.

My experience here was really good. I took hair spa and now my hair is feeling really hydrated and soft and I also took detan and berry clean up for my face. My face feels soft and visibly clean now. Both the girl who did my clean up and boy who did my hair spa gave very good service and did the process very patiently. Would definitely recommend.

I had a quick hair wash session today and to my surprise the hair stylist Aviral gave an amazing head massage which is normally included in spa services. He also shared some valuable tips according to my hair type. Thanks for the great experience!

Don't go this parlor and don't waste your valuable money for makeup done by unprofessional artist they are lack of skills. You can rather do better makeup at home by own. They ruined my day by doing ugly makeup and overcharging.
