Poor Hygiene, fake products. Really bad customer service. They don't provide the original products for pedicure and facial. They will keep a pack of normal lotion and use for massage, if you are allergic to it it's your problem. While confronting it to them, they say "hamare yahan to yahi use hota hai" i don't understand why they charge according to Naturals Standards when they don't provide original products from Naturals. Same for hairspa/facials. Worst attitude of receptionist, and beauticians. I wanted to change the diaper of my baby, they had problem with me throwing the diaper in dustbin of washroom, they asked me to carry it along with me to my home. I don't know where these people are going. Not sure where do they throw their sanitary pads. Went there for - 10 services, got done only 2 and left from there seeing their customer service & product quality and hygiene.

The employee completely ruined my eyebrows. Shaping eyebrows is a basic service, yet it was poorly done. Moreover, the charge was 60, which is above the average rate. Throughout the service, she kept commenting on whether I had recently had my eyebrows done, and ultimately made them much thinner than I wanted. Significantly thinner.

Went for a haircut today and boy was I treated well. The reception staff were polite and prompt to help, the barber who cut my hair (Hemant) was absolute gem, answered all my queries related to my hair and what's good for it. All in all, the service justified the price

The co-founders and owners of Naturals Salon are CK Kumaravel and K Veena. They are also the CEO and a co-founder, respectively. CK Kumaravel joined the business in 2004 and has been instrumental in the company's growth. Naturals is now India's most prominent hair and beauty salon chain.

Very poor time management, i have an appointment at 9:30 on 18th april , but there was one employee only and who was busy , we were 4 people , do not go to this place if you have a function as you will be late.

Best parlour in Ranchi, Ekta is the best makeup artist of the parlour. She is so best at her job.

It was my first visit to this Salon. It was a great experience. Starting frm reception till the service end, all was praise worthy.

Time management is poor. Was asked to come at 10 AM but no staff was present
