Revive Unisex Salon

This was my first time going for a keratin treatment at this salon. The service at the time seemed okay enough, but when I washed my hair the first time with the products they made me buy (worth Rs 4000), all the 'treatment' was undone. They asked me to come to the salon again to fix it, simply washed my hair by mixing an ampoule, and assured me that by blow drying my hair, my hair would retain the keratin. They were adamant on not taking the products back, which were clearly fake/poor quality and refund was never even an option. All my money has gone down the drain as I have again washed my hair and experienced the same results,even after doing everything like they asked. Basis my experience, I would not recommend buying any products they sell.

Excellent service,friendly staff.Visited the first time and happy with the service.Got my hair cutting done from Rohan,very good behaviour,explained everything in detail.

Pathetic experience as I booked my appointment through call and when i reached there as per given schedule, there was no hair dresser available as I wanted keratin treatment for my hair. The staff present there told me to leave. They did not valued me and my time.
