**WORST HAIR SALON EVER - LOOK WHAT THEY DID TO ME!** This place should be shut down. I went in asking for a simple trim and walked out looking like I lost a fight with a lawnmower. I showed them reference photos, gave clear instructions, and somehow they still managed to butcher my hair beyond recognition. One side was shorter than the other, the back looked hacked up, and the front? Don't even ask. I've seen better cuts on scarecrows. . No professionalism, no skill, no shame. I could've done a better job blindfolded with kitchen scissors. I'm now spending more money trying to fix the disaster they created--and even then, it'll take months to grow this mess out. Save your time, your hair, and your sanity. STAY FAR AWAY.

When results didn't show even after two days, I raised concerns -- only to be gaslighted with vague excuses like "We did ou best from here" and "That's not our fault.and you need to check doctor and all those BS" Funny thing? Even one of their employees quietly admitted the procedure was done wrong and needed to be redone. The owner? Suddenly not so polite anymore. This place sells a facade of professionalism while lacking even the basic ethics of accountability. Save your money, your scalp, and your sanity -- go elsewhere.

I have been a regular customer at Looks Dhanbad, and haircutting services were one of the main reasons I kept coming back. His skills and attention to detail were exceptional. However, my recent experience was disappointing. While I was in the middle of a haircut, my hair dresser left to assist other customers with their services. This not only disrupted the flow of my haircut but also made me feel undervalued as a customer. It seems like the salon is now more focused on maximizing sales rather than providing a satisfying experience to each client. The personalized care and dedication that once defined this place are clearly missing. If this continues, they risk losing loyal clients who value quality over rushed services. I sincerely hope the management re-evaluates their priorities and brings back the excellent service they were once known for."

Newly shifted in Dhanbad, Visited this salon. I found and experienced best professional staffs here specially the hair stylist (Ashif) and the pedicurist (Suman). Took the service they very patiently did their job with full perfection. Now this ll be my routine visit in every 15 days interval. That gives me relax n satisfaction. Thanks to the Management. Absolutely Horrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs! If I could give zero stars, I would. This was hands down the worst haircut experience of my life.
