Got my hair done from the specialist Ali himself..which was highly recommend to me by a friend, which turned out to be a big disappointment . I had to revisit the saloon within a week to get a neater haircut. Highly disappointing experience. #naam bdd'e aur drshn chotte#

Longest haircut I've ever gotten (90mins) and the worst ever as well. Need to waste time getting another one. Extremely arrogant and smug guy who did it too and kept insulting my hair to try and sell some stupid shampoo. Avoid like the plague

Worst experience. Got Burns on my full face because of wrong wax and wrong techniques. I have got dark black marks all over my face. When I went to complaint they acted like it's normal and it wasn't their fault.

Got SPA pedicure today..very very bad for the amount paid... costlier than bangalore.. not even scraping done...when asked the staff said will not go in single time...they dnt want to work...

Worst salon I already took appointment at 2pm they said come til 3pm when I went on time they said sorry u hv to wait for 30m to 1hour coz it's rush if it's already rush why said me to visite at 3pm I could went othere salon attitude staff n worst staff don't have sense

Worst experience, they don't know to colour the hair, Waseem who seems to be an expert, messed up my hair totally, I requested for balayage, he randomly made colour patches on my hair, charged a heavy price of french balayage with a complete different colour that I did not choose, I am sure he does not even know the meaning! Spoke to me saying global to cover greys is not a good idea as it would spoil the texture, after 6 hours of time in salon charged me for global as well. Mr Ali himself did my so called butterfly haircut and it feels like rat bitten hair! I hated the service! I sincerely recommend not to visit the salon if you love your hair as I am regretting big time. We have asked for some refund and it's been a month they are not responding. I wish there was option of 0 stars for this review. Please don't miss the photo to see the meaningless balayage.
