Absolutely horrible experience! First, they kept calling me repeatedly for my appointment. When I finally went, they forced me to shampoo my hair before the treatment, despite my request to return later. The manager convinced me to get a cystine treatment, assuring me my hair would be straight since my texture was already slightly straight but frizzy. Now, just a day after coming home, my hair looks exactly the same as before--no change at all. Whenever I shampooed my hair before, they looked the same, and they still do now. I spent 6000 for nothing! To make things worse, their payment system is a joke. They told me they accept card payments, but at the time of payment, they suddenly claimed their machine wasn't available, the bank took it, and it was month-end. Then they changed their story and said they don't accept credit cards at all--unless I went to their Tilakwadi branch. Instead of being upfront, they kept pushing me to pay in cash. Sonali was good to me, but I deeply regret losing my money and trusting them with my hair. My haircut is also uneven and poorly done--I feel like crying now. Please don't waste your hard-earned money at this unprofessional salon!"

I recently visited for cysteine hair treatment.. previously i have done smoothening with them. The service they provide is excellent, stylist Sunita did hair treatment n pedicure very gently and with utmost care.. I must tell Padmaja who is the owner n manages all the branches is very caring person towards clients n their staff with the good leadership qualities.. u can get all ur beauty treatments done here very comfortably.

The salon has a relaxing atmosphere, is very clean .Saima and Nikita are all lovely, friendly and professional. They don't make you feel rushed.Happy to come here

Efficient and friendly Staff especially Ms Sunita and Ms Nikita. Extremely prompt and good service by Ms Sunita everytime time I have got anything done .

Frankly speaking very very worst service by the staff .....they don't no wat n how to speak n thy don't reailise who thy r speaking to ...the speak fraudulently n give us the combo cards later after gng thy make changes on own n make us wrng infront of them in short it's fake ...cheat n cheap too! The owner mam is really very gud n genuine i abstly understand that the owner cant alwys look after evrytng as she is a human too n mistakes happens wt human ...but the staff really needs to be upgraded we don't understand whtr we go as a Costumer or slaves the treatment is tat worst !n Sunita is really gud n very hardwrkng n genuine I thnk ppl will only visit looking at her or else rest staff is I highly don't recommend this salon as hospitality is the first thing a client looks at n they give appointments accordingly to their needs n their comfortable time it's first salon I saw in Belgaum like this n they say it closes by 4 jst bcze they wanna winde up erly !!

Super service sunita ,last time i m not satisfied with other worker u do ur job best keep it up
