Out of all professional spas I've visited over the years, this one is hands down the worst. reading previous reviews i felt something was off but i had to give it a try, Here's what I experienced and what you can expect: 1. Thin curtains and other spa workers walking into the room without notice when you're lying face down on the bed having a massage. It makes you feel like you're in the middle of a stage full of people, which might be fun for them but anxiety for you 2. You'll hear the workers(other masseuses) laughing and talking loudly in the background in the next rooms. They don't have real walls, so it's much easier to hear all sorts of laughter and giggles, like there is a standup comedy show in next room. ruining your experience of having a peaceful time. 3. The masseuses fail to communicate. If they don't understand English, they could at least learn a little bit of Hindi. Because of miscommunication, I had to suffer a lot when the masseuse applied too much pressure on points I told her to avoid. i literally had to call the receptionist to communicate 4. Poor management staff. The person who manages needs to learn how to talk to a customer. i had a bad experience communicating with him It's brief, yet hopefully these points help other customers know what they are signing up for. I had a terrible experience and don't see myself planning to go there again. you can still go ahead and try i will definitely give one up for a good steam bath, masseuse have good skills but lack of communication makes it difficult for customer As for the management, these points should help you improve your services and definitely get better customer responses in the future. Didn't even offer water.. on tat asking to pay the bill prior.. pedicure chair to be replaced with recliner chair very uncomfortable to sit for 45min. No doors for the massage room. Marriott tattva is way better

I went to this for a deep tissue body massage. I would give a 5 star rating only to the therapist. The ambience of the place was however questionable because the individual massage rooms only have a flimsy curtain instead of doors and this makes you feel so insecure during the whole massage session. You're bound to constantly think is someone would enter the room if wind blows. Since the bathroom is directly in line with the doorway this was very uncomfortable and ruined the whole experience. Secondly they used oil only on my back and spine and rest of the body they used body lotion which was an absolute disappointment because this is the least you would expect in a massage spa. Last thing is the front desk guy doesn't even bother explain what each massage entails or even to ask how was the experience or offer any water or fruit after the session. In short this place just does the job of a good massage and doesn't give you a good relaxing spa experience.

Spa is clean and comfortable, I felt extremely relaxed, product they use is amazing, my skin feeling so soft and glowing... Highly recommended

Not at all satisfied. They said special aroma hair oil for head massage and literally used parachute oil
