I went for a haircut in Chyrsolite salon recently after reading excellent reviews about Tracy, as she was not available I decided to go with the other stylist available named Bindu. And let me tell you I am extremely happy with the service provided by her. She patiently listened to my requirement and gave me a cut exactly like that. I have tried so many salons here in bangalore but dis was my best experience till now with the price you pay. If you are looking for stylish yet affordable haircut or hair color, this is d right place fr u. Thanks Bindu fr such a wonderful haircut, i am getting so many compliments. Count me as ur fixed customer now

Went to this place after reading that it's good, but please do not, I repeat DO NOT go to this place. Even a one star rating is too much. Went for a haircut and the lady literally ruined my hair while continuously shunning them for being dry and making faces. Well I KNOW that my hair is dry and do not need to hear that from you. The board says haircut + blowdry and she literally wasn't going to give me that blowdry until I asked for it. Worst haircut ever, now my hair are neither long, nor short, they're just a mess. And the chair they use for washing the hair literally breaks your back. So unless you're like super flexible and are OK with a person continuously commenting on the quality of your hair while she snips away to glory without any real remorse, do not make the same mistake as me, I suggest avoid this place.

Horrible service! The so called hair stylist Bindhu is of no good. Cut a chunk of my hair without any style advice. Service lasted less than 10 mins. No wash,no shampoo and charged whooping amount. The place looks shady and unhygienic. Don't opt unless If you want to chop your hair and want to pay maximum rate for that.

Professional staff. My go to parlour for BIKINI WAX. Girls take note!! . It is a little on the higher side when it comes to price, but it's fine. Happy regular customer. Giving a 4 star because of the high price.

I generally don't write reviews on google. This is my first one. Because there are a lot of people like me who read reviews and want the best service before visiting a place. I would not even want to give a single star here. Firstly to start from when you google about the best hair dresser in Bangalore. You would find Tracy 's name topping the list from Chrysolite Salon. You call them up and they guide you so well to reach the place. You reach the place and there is "no Trace" of Tracy. They say she visits only once in an year and has shifted to the US. This place is in a adjacent road to commercial street in an old building with no proper board outside. The parlor inside gives you a feeling you entered the 80's era. Not just dimensions but the ambiance. Untouched and unchanged from when it would have started. Including their service menu books which has outdated pricing and the staff would argue relentlessly asking for a new price. Waiting at the sofa I was handed a magazine with hair cut styles which had gorgeous hair do's. But wait ? It belonged to 2 decade back issue?? Consulted by the stylist who I thought was the maid ( I'm not a snob. but I'm so agonized with my whole experience that every detail needs to be mentioned) I dont know when was the last time she had a hair cut or even washed her hair. Listening to me with deaf ears and letting her know what I wanted. She showed me a pic with not cutting the hair too short .. just a trim with layers. Guess what I now have uneven hair touching my shoulders. Every body I met said did you cut the hair yourself? After a good wash, and a bit of hair cut..my hair was blow dried and set to style and she started cutting my hair again . I mean who does that? You set hair with blow dry after a hair cut not before!! The actual length of your would drastically change on a every day wash and grooming. Looks pathetic and uneven now. During the hair cut there was a power cut and she continued cutting my hair with another girl holding the mobile torch light. I was so nervous that they stopped after a bit. I had to wait half an hour for the power to be back . It was back during their closing time at 7 pm. And you can imagine how interested they were to just finish it by the given time. I was asked to pay Rs 900/- for this service . When I said it dint match their price card. I get a reply saying. Can you imagine the rent we must be paying at commercial street? Like really? That's the reply you get? Being at a place like this. And what's the funny part? I run 2 multi storied stores on main commercial street. And I dont talk to my clients like that . I did not argue , did not complain. There's no point. My loss was done. Not the money but my hair which took so long to grow. When discussed with few friends . They also experienced the same thing about this place but nobody reviewed. So here it is. An honest opinion-This untouched , rotten place really needs to be shut down!

The salon is shabby and service shabbier. I booked an appointment and was made to wait 45 mins because the stylist took up another client before I arrived. Bindu cut my hair so unevenly that I had to go to another salon to get it fixed. So not recommended!

Local creams were used for clean up. Good staff. Work wasn't good enough.

Nice parlour good care of customers environment is also good and the cosmetic and all other things r reasonable and good products helpful indeed
