Bodycraft Salon, Spa & Clinic - HSR Layout

This was my first ever visit to a massage center in India. We booked a Swedish massage for me and a prenatal massage for my wife. My experience with the massage was quite good. The masseur was quite professional. I especially liked the steam and shower post the massage. After we completed the massage, the receptionist recommended taking the membership. Since the membership does not have an expiry and is applicable in all Body Craft outlets, I felt it was worth the cost. We ended up taking the Rs 21000 membership with a benefit of Rs 30000. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. I will probably try a different massage next time.

I personally had a horrible experience. I went to Body Craft Hsr in January for a simple facial treatment. Vampire facial or so. However, I was coerced and convinced into why thos treatment may not suit but rather try something like skin boosters for a long term benefit. Despite my skepticism this woman called Suraiah and the dermat doc whose name I now can't remember, very skillfully made me feel like this treatment is what my skin needs. They pointed out problems on my skin like as if it was super ugly to make me feel the need to avail this service (service name: Juviderm skin booster which I have seen a lot of clinics promoting these days). I signed up for this stupid service and now left with a 10k emi every month. I feel cheated and absolutely stupid. Don't even get me started on how they're terrible management of appointment scheduling. I was made to wait for about an hour or so with intermittent convincing sessions to bust my bank account.

Got my haircut at Bodycraft Salon by Salman Hussain and absolutely loved it! He took great care from the wash to the final styling. Explained the cut, length, and even gave tips on hair care. Super professional and friendly -- highly recommend him!

Had such a lovely, self love day out with BodyCraft HSR. Manisha was awesome, precise and very effective. Came out feeling no existing pain, light and bright. The pressure might feel intense, but let them to their thing, they know what they are doing. You do feel good at the end of it!

This Clinic does not even deserve a 1 star rating. Since I don't have the option of giving zero star, hence giving one star. Staff displays unacceptable behaviour with the customers.These people are refusing to initiate refund for a cancelled service and the cancellation request was raised even before the invoice generation, but still, even after requesting them to cancel the service staff Maria Jenifer generated the invoice for 1 lakh after 15 days and forced me to take the service. Later when contacted the manager, the issue was redirected to the backend staff named Kathirvel, he is equally unprofessional and unresponsive. From last one month, he's saying that he's going to initiate the refund, but he has not done it yet. This happened in December and I still have not got the resolution from the Body Craft team. Initially, I had thought that only the customer facing staffs are very unprofessional and rude, but looks like every employee is like this, they doesn't have any ethics or morals. And the management is not bothered about customer satisfaction,they are just focused about getting more customers signed up for Services and getting more money. I'm fed up of these people, Hence I'll be proceeding with taking action legally against them. So this is for anyone, if you are in similar situation, don't hesitate,just deal with them legally,and if anyone planning to visit this Clinic, please consider alternative option, and save your money and peace. Update: After I initiated legal action against BodyCraft, refund was done. So until then, the escalation manager Kathirvel was not responding to my messages and calls. Outlet manager, Farhan was really good and helped me on this. So whenever I used to call BodyCraft to get an update from the manager, staff Maria Jenifer used to disconnect my calls,as I had raised a complaint against her. This really shows the quality of the BodyCraft staffs. The only training they have received from the management is how to get more customers signed up for new services and get more money.

Salman is a great and friendly hair stylist. He suggested a hairstyle that perfectly suited my face and profile. Very professional, polite, and made the whole experience comfortable. In all had a nice experience at Bodycraft.
