Branded or Boutique Salons? Unacceptable experience for sensitive skin clients. The service menu has an option to avail luxury facials for "sensitive skin type." However, upon the visit, the dermatologist Shivani & CRM Team had a different opinion and canceled the appointment, citing that all facial services offered at Bodycraft do contain chemicals, & clients would be put under risk. Henceforth, your service menu offerings and Body Craft Team consultations (Lavelle Road) are resulting in contradictions. Many thanks to the Botique Salons that are using well-known brands such as "Lotus Professionals," which are free from chemicals, paraben-free, clinically tested, cruelty-free, and plant-based products.

Jayna has the most amazing hands, and gave me a life changing massage! Great stuff. Manju gave me a wonderful hair wash & conditioner and a massage. The best crew! Definitely going to return.

I had a great experience at The Bodycraft outlet - Lavelle Road. Thanks to Mythili - my hairdresser. Very patiently she discussed my hair type and my requirement and suggested a nice haircut.

Extremely disappointed by the lack of skill and training of the hairdresser. Last weekend I got a haircut done and asked for basic layers. Everything was done, and I went home happy. Few days later at home when I was straightening my hair in sections of strands I saw this how she had cut my hair in back of head. Is this what people should expect while paying almost 1600 for a simple haircut? Trainees in small salons cut better hair in 150 than a well known and reputed brand like yours.

1. Seating for pedicure is really uncomfortable! For this reason I can never visit again for pedicure. 2. I had scheduled appointment via call for a basic pedicure that costs 850+taxes, said the same at reception. Still, the manager Jolie came and requested me to select the option from the menu card - the confusion led them to do a higher priced pedicure. I kept saying whatever is basic. But she kept telling me to choose from the menu. Unnecessarily complicating things just to upsell something is a really tacky experience for me. The service for pedicure was good, slow, but good. The woman servicing did a great job, unfortunately my back was hurting so bad after 1 hour, that I left quite stressed.

Went to Bodycraft, lavalle road for a hair trim and Mr Jayanth from the hair department did a fantastic job. I usually don't trust anyone so easily with haircuts but he was really good at his work. Will definitely visit the salon just for his work again :)
