. I have been a loyal customer at your salon for the past 1.5 years, regularly spending 1500-2000 per visit. However, my recent experience was quite disappointing. I visited today at 11:15 AM and waited until 1:00 PM to get my haircut done. While the haircut itself was satisfactory, the overall service left much to be desired. I noticed that while only 2-3 staff members were working, the rest were engaged in casual conversations, seemingly unconcerned about customers waiting. At the time of my arrival, I was asked if I would like some tea, but no one followed up on this. Despite multiple requests at the reception, there was no response--only a casual, indifferent attitude. Additionally, I was not provided with a bill, which is a basic expectation. If such service continues, it will undoubtedly impact the reputation of the salon. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address these concerns to improve the customer experience.

Unacceptable Service I've been a loyal customer for a year, but my latest visit was a disaster. Your salon has ZERO Kannada-speaking staff?! .It's absurd that you can't cater to the local crowd. Many of us speak Kannada, not Hindi. The lack of communication led to mistakes and frustration. What's even more disappointing is that you used to have Kannada-speaking staff. What changed? Did you guys decide to ignore the local community?! Get it together and hire staff who can communicate with your customers.

I had an amazing experience getting my haircut done .From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. My stylist/barber took the time to listen to what I wanted and gave great suggestions. The attention to detail was outstanding, and the end result was exactly what I had hoped for If you're looking for a skilled and friendly place to get your haircut, I highly recommend it . I'll definitely be coming back!

Had horrible experience inspite of telling several times I need glow for the wedding which was after 4 days the lady gave me the most expensive facial on the list some gold lumini lotus something and bleached back face neck got Eyebrows done.. I told her several times give me 03 plus then but she kept insisting on taking lotus facial. there was no glow on my face at all. I spent Rs6000. A day before wedding I went to another parlour where she did a good job and I spent rs4000 there. 1 advice I will give: never listen to these people use your own brain they just want to make profit from you and don't care if we come back or no or we are satisfied. This is for the owner. If you want customers to come back this needs to change your beautician are looking only for their profit not customers. Won't ever step into any of your branches ever.

I am a clique customer since 2023.service was awsm and I never thought abt any other salon till today.with new employees and high volume songs,you just ignored your quality and satisfaction.pls bring back those old employees who has good interaction and working skills.today haircut was so pathetic and unsatisfactory.more than style they need some skills.hope you will not be loosing your regular customers like me in future.i am still giving 4star rating bcz of your old employees.so upset of your haircut sir,pls try to improve your skills.thank you and big salute for those old employees.

It was a really unpleasant experience I have been visiting it from long back,Today was waiting for more than 1 hour and I have informed in the reception about the haircut when I entered the saloon. The hairstylists were free but no one was bothered to call for the haircut and again after one hour the receptionist came and ask whether I'm waiting for the haircut. I was totally frustrated and told no and walked out. It's a really bad customer experience.

Nice place all staff was so friendly I did my hair keratin treatment by sameer je is amazing in his work he did very nicely i will recommend to all if you visit, try hair treatment from sameer

Worst salon service Even after taking appointment they made us wait for hours . They don't have enough staff and they rush their staff to finish services quickly hence my underarm got burnt, a portion of leg was not waxed properly. And my frnds couldn't get their pedicure done because their pedicure station wasn't working which they didn't inform while taking appointment .they told us after waiting for hours.
