I want to alert everyone about a scam I recently encountered at a salon. I initially went in for L'Oreal hair straightening, which was quoted at 5k. However, the salon staff pressured me into getting a Keratin treatment, assuring me it would still cost 5k. After the treatment, they presented me with a bill for 10k, revealing that they had actually performed two separate treatments: Hair Smoothening for 5k and Hair Straightening for another 5k.

Had a worst experience as I got a hair cut done. The length which I communicated to the hair dresser was totally different and unfortunately he cut my hair so short, now it's hard to tie a pony too. Very disappointing. Hair dresser doesn't even talk and no power at the time I got the hair cut done, so had to walk out without setting my hair too. I had such a long hair and now it is so short that I am regretting why did I even step in to this parlour. Please get some experienced professional and get some one who talks well and specially kannada, cos atleast I don't want others to experience this.
