I wish I could give nothing but a minus rating. I went to get my nails done: & had the most horrible experience . The two ladies who did my nails did not know the job. I started at 5 & ended at 8:45pm. 3 hrs 45 mins for simple nail extension with polish & feet polish. Why? Simply the girls did not know what product to add, which tip to add, & how to shape the nails. She used the drill so hard that my cuticles bled. Also while doing my toe nails, she decided to put on tip which was not required at all. These girls will appear clueless about what needs to done, not trained, zero product knowledge. While making the payment, I complained at the reception: he showed no sign of remorse instead he said I will ask my team, which he could have done at the same time. This showed how customers are valued here. This speaks heavy arrogance & zero respect for customers. The price you will pay here for nails is not worth it. It's better to get it from Bodycraft or Nailashes,.

I would suggest to go here as it is hassle free and easily accessible, friendly staffs and they are so professional!!! Amar did an excellent job

If you enjoy waiting around with absolutely no idea when--or if--you'll be helped, this saloon is the place for you. Punctuality clearly isn't part of their vocabulary, and keeping people in limbo seems to be their core feature. The receptionist/staff doesn't bother about customer's at all. Truly pathetic experience.

I had a fantastic haircut with Abiskar at the hocus pocus saloon. He listened to my preferences and delivered exactly what I wanted. The atmosphere was welcoming, and his friendly approach made the experience enjoyable. and the quality was exceptional--I highly recommend him!

I have been getting the hair spa service for about a year now and Ive never been happier. The result is amazing and the service is soo much better than what you experience on a regular basis. The staff's hospitality is soo nice and warm, I always feel a little more than a guest and I recommend to strongly go here, especially for a hair spa. Trust me they don't disappoint!! Well done and keep it up!!

the services are the worst and the reception is dumb as anything. they harass customers for giving positive reviews and don't bother about customer's requests. not recommended at all. and rather than actually accepting constructive feedback and improving, they try to force you to accept the below par services that they provide. super illiterate set of folks owning and running the store.
