Very bad experience They don't know how to behave with customers. They have not done eyebrows properly Customer service was not good .

i did keratin treatment, facial and wax. it was a very good experience and the outcome is awesome. she has very good knowledge of skin and hair care she suggested to us based on our skin type. she makes us really feel comfortable and takes lots of time to make it perfect. Kavya mam and staff has very consoling nature and kindness especially for people who have sensitive skin like me.. I was very afraid to go for waxing but these people made my job easy . Good service with proper care is provided here. Very customer friendly and they gave me so many advise on how to maintain my skin at home. I can feel a perfect waxing after visiting so many parlors. They will do service patiently. A very good place to visit and have hair and skin care because their massage is so good.
