I have no words to thank the team of Lookme salon. I entangled my hair in a roller brush and the way it was stuck, the only option i could see is to chop my hair off. But I was fortunate enough to the lady, whom I have requested that i really don't want to cut it off... she kept her words and showed dedication and patience to untangle my hair from the brush. The way they have taken care of me, it's beyond just customer satisfaction. Praveen thanks for making my hair looks great again. Thank you once again to the entire team and Mam you...just awesome.

I had the worst hair cut of my life at this place. The so-called stylist lady was too loud. She kept arguing with me and advising me as if she knew everything. The basic necessity is that the stylist understands the customer's needs. I kept telling her that I need to maintain the length of my hair. It is my fault that I was in a hurry and trusted her with my hair despite her bad attitude. The customer next to me saw my haircut and told the stylist - what have you done to her hair !!! It's looking bad. Even then, this stylist kept saying I have already informed the customer what I'm going to do. The fact is that I kept repeating what I wanted, but she kept doing what she wanted to do. I should have just walked away. I made a big mistake. I'm writing this after a week of my haircut. It is supposed to be layer cut. But reality is my hair is now so short, there is no shape/layer whatsoever. My friends and family whoever meets me just asks what happened to my hair ! They need to train their staff to understand customer requirements and not do whatever they like. I felt this lady was a bully.
