I've the worst experience ever. She keeps on talking mobile whole time even while doing facial. After applying face pack and waxing she tells to clean it by yourself Even during waxing she applies very thick layer which is very painful Even after waxing she don't put moisturiser When we ask she gives the bottle I never saw this worst service ever.

Lovely Herbal Beauty Parlour is n the neighbourhood of Tatanagar for many years now. Customer service in this place is good. Usha is friendly and professional person. She takes customer feedback seriously and improves her services. Henna and facial is good at this place. Hygiene has also improved a lot. Personal facial kit is used each customer. Overall, it's a good parlour and reasonably priced.

Usha madam has amazing skills and vast experience. Truly love her friendly gesture and timely services. She goes out of her way to deliver the best when it is needed. She is like an Angel to me.
