Worst experience! I landed in error as had booked at other place , they were kind to provide service after some wait time. I went for face cleaning and the girl showed the menu ( Ashwini) first recommended some super expensive facial than i told her to stick to my concern and do basic, the sheet & place inside was so unclean and unhygienic. She put a towel for me to lay down which made me so pukish bur considering the earlier kindness, i decide to go through the process. They charged 1800 rs for some basic level message in the name of gold & glow ( urban company experts are for more better), she did such a pathetic massage that i just wanted the overall process to get over asap. The way she was using the blackhead removal tools, the steamer was absolute sign that she is not fit for such services. I was in that area at friends place and just wanted to quick fix else pls note- Skip this place at any cost. Better to visit some good salon & get decent, hygiene and expert service even if it means 30 min quick fix cleanup or facial. Its not worth for any service about 500rs! Better go to your local parlour |salon for such facials and clean up - the service might still be better than provided here.

I had the worst experience at Naturals. It was my first time there. I used to go there all the time, but this time, especially this Whitefield branch, they don't have more staff. Also, my sister and I reached by 6:00 p.m., but we waited there until 9:30. They are too slow. They are very expensive. Even for a blow-dry, they charged 750. So I will suggest that you please don't go and waste your time there.

I had a great hair color experience. Nandini was very polite and did the global hair color as expected. Loved it a lot .

Got a haircut, and asked for a trimmed side for a special occasion- the guy said it is a style change (more charge btw) and gave one of the worst haircut's I've ever had. The person only knew Hindi & the was doing completely opposite of what was asked. When I pointed out it was a bad cut, he said my hair is the reason. Terrible experience. Will never recommend this place.

Fantastic haircut! Sameer(hairdresser) was skilled and made me feel comfortable throughout. Great service and a friendly atmosphere.

The place stinks so bad most of the time. If you try calling them, most of the time they don't even attend the call. They have no value for time, despite taking appointment they never honour it. The lady in the reception is on call most of the time, with no time to attend the customers. Air conditioners doesn't work most of the times. The seat cushions are torn. After each service, floor is not cleaned and remains unclean with hair and other wastes. Tried calling their franchise manager, but in vain - no response.

Very good Experience. Must mention Nandini was very sweet doing the haircut after her working hours. She suggested me what would look good on me, and patiently gave me a perfect look.
