I got a really bad hair cut . I had lengthy hair for which i asked for long layers. But the gentleman out there did some stupid cut which shows how unprofessional he is and also after several requests he cut short my hair. I don't see a single layer, moreover, they have offer's in Wednesdays 10 to 5 is what the receptionist told me and instead of visiting on Tuesday I went there on Wednesday later, after the shitty hair cut at the time of billing they flipped and said there's no offer , worst service and worst hair dressers they have got . Never opt for it . Below are the images of what I asked and what I got . They charged 1400+ for this cut

The service was great. But this particular centre has a power cut issue, and they have not even bothered to have a power back up, though this salon has been working since a decade. Imagine being in the middle of your hair spa, and having to leave the salon with drenching wet hair. I was courteous enough to understand that this is something not in their hand, for my inconvenience they issued a minimal nominal amount of discount for the service, without me even asking for it. I was there in the area for some reason, so i visited back the salon in an hour, thinking the power would have been back by now, expecting I can ask for a simple blow dry hair setting, since I wanted it to look perfect for the following morning. And I was 'politely' denied for the same, in the name of the discount which they had offered me previously. I was offended by this plain disinterest in even attempting a customer satisfaction, I leave it up to you to decide what kind of a professional who wants his customers to come back, behaves in this way.

II Had been to a famous salon in the city for hair color. The stylist was professional director for which I had to pay extra and got my color done that was completely gone wrong. Seeing that I was so embarrassed and became so conscious about it and didn't want to leave out of my house until I met MOHAMMED from Natural Lounge salon. the next day. He inquired as to how I needed the color andI closed my eyes and told him he is in command. I explained what I needed, he patiently listened to me and skillfully restored the health and beauty of my hair, putting my anxieties to rest. I admire how he cares so much about his clients . The salon members all were very friendly and helpful and the pricing I payed half the amount that I payed in the other salon and appointment s were east to get. So I highly recommend this store and the stylist Mohammed for your needs. The picture I posted below were before and after. The before picture was way brighter in the sun. Kindly do not visit this salon hoping to get a good hair cut the person who did my hair cut was not a professional and did not know what he was doing he also burnt my forehead with ghe blower it was really a unpleasant experience. Please make sure you are comfortable with the person doing your hair and if you feel he's not capable or doesn't have an idea please walk off from the salon. Decently not going back. Worst salon ever visited

Only one guy was available for a haircut, and the price was excessive and the quality of the haircut was very bad. The haircut person, Shamshad, is elderly, and I only offered him half the technique and advice, so I'm pretty dissatisfied with his service.

Had never expected such a pretty hair makeover and Tanzeem di made it happen. So happy and satisfied with the service. Would definitely rate this as the best salon I've been to in Bangalore yet.

Horrible experience. My hair cut was done in less than 2 mins, with just one swipe of the sizzers and a complete mess. the equipment used were very dirty. The comb had so much hair in it. Very very unhygienic.

Recently, been here for a haircut. My stylist Mr. Hameed did a great job. Not only did he listen patiently to my requirements but also ensured I like my cut. He was kind, well mannered and gave genuine suggestions throughout. Overall, the place is well maintained and staff is courteous.
