Naturals unisex salon and spa

Parking at Naturals Rajajinagar can be quite a hassle due to its prime location across from the Rajajinagar Metro, making it tricky for both two-wheelers and cars. Despite the premium pricing driven by brand value, the service quality is comparable to, if not surpassed by, some local salons. While a sterilizer is available, I noticed clips are reused without consistent sanitization, which raises some hygiene concerns. That said, the hospitality here is commendable. The staff goes out of their way to ensure comfort, offering beverages like juice, coffee, tea, or water upon request, which is a nice touch. However, the value for money still feels lacking, as only two primary stylists manage most of the workload, with others in supporting roles. The salon would benefit from improved ventilation, as a single AC leaves the space feeling a bit stuffy. Ample seating is available for guests, with room for about five indoors and six outdoors. Do note that they frequently promote hydra facials to nearly all clients, which can come across as a bit pushy.

It was a great experience here. I came first time in Naturals saloon at RajaJi Nagar, i must say you will love the experience. I was 500 percent satisfied with the work as well as with hospitality. Mr Anwar you were the best!!!!!

Very cool and nice place for service well knowledge staff all there especially front desk employees I given genuine Well care for me personally I like all ambiance keep it all team.

Visited the Rajajinagar Naturals Salon recently. Their service was really amazing. Sajid was our hair expert and suggested some dandruff treatment and hair spa understanding the condition of the hair. The overall treatment along with the haircut and shaping was done very professionally. I would recommend you all to try it out sometime.

The place is super nice. Hairstylist Ahmed did a pretty nice haircut and everyone were super professional. Would recommend the hair spa and hair cut.

This place near Rajajinagar Metro is absolutely not recommended for facials, especially hydra facials. I went in expecting a proper hydra facial, a treatment known for its crucial steps, but they essentially gave me a regular facial instead. They claimed their machine wasn't working and just skipped the most important part! This was the worst service I could have imagined. If they don't even know how to perform a facial correctly, you're definitely going to be ripped off. Stay away if you're looking for a real facial experience.

Extremely disappointing experience at this outlet. I was informed that if I opted for a hair treatment, I would receive a complimentary service--all I had to do was provide my mobile number to avail it. However, when I later visited to claim the complimentary service, they completely denied any such offer. They insisted that if it existed, I should have received a WhatsApp message, which was never mentioned before. Very misleading and unprofessional.
