New miracle touch salon nailbar & makeup studio

I got my acrylic gel dip nails done since the specialist suggested it lasts for 3-4 weeks and even longer if maintained well. She did an excellent job with the design but exactly 10 days after getting the nails done, it started coming off. One of the nails even came off completely. When I called up the owner, she was rude and said acrylic nails only last less than 2 weeks. I sent them the photos of how the nails have become in just 15 days. I was expecting them to atleast fix it if not for replacing the entire set, but they behaved like I did not maintain my nails well. When the specialist glued the acrylic set, she did not cure them with UV light and this started creating gaps between my nail bed and the acrylic nails where my hair started getting stuck. I have been getting acrylic gel dip nails for over 6 years now and this is the first time it did not last even for a good 2 weeks. I'm extremely disappointed by how their behavior was and I'm never going back. I strongly do not recommend this place to anyone. If I could give 0 stars for their way of response, I would. They take zero responsibility for poor quality and service.

I am writing to express my concerns regarding my recent facial clean-up service on 22/04/20250. While I appreciate the effort made, I was not entirely satisfied with the results. Specifically, I noticed that several blackheads on my nose were not removed, and my skin felt quite congested afterward. I hope you will take my feedback seriously and make necessary improvements to enhance your services.

I have been a regular customer of this salon. The staff is friendly and doesn't do unnecessary chitchat which I experienced in other salons. I recently booked Meena from here for my non bridal make-up at a different venue. The prices are reasonable and the final look was excellent. I got many compliments on the makeup. She also did a basic makeup for the groom after request. Couple of small suggestions would be to inform the customers about the time it would take to finish the makeup job. It takes approximately 1.5 hours for full makeover from you. But giving a buffer of 30-45 mins would be good since it would take time to finalise the look of the customer, with ornaments and everything. And please advertise that you do makeup for grooms also. It was very helpful for me. Im sure it would be helpful for others also. I would totally recommend her for non bridal makeover job. Thanks.
