Perfect Care Family Salon Judicial layout (Thalaghattapura)

I've been to Perfect Care salon twice in last two weeks after my earlier regular salon closed down. On both the occasions, Jennifer attended my services and did perfect and reliable work. You don't even have to give her any instructions, from start till completion, she knows what she's doing and does with utmost care. Good job! Keep it up Jennifer!

I had been to perfect care salon for detan and facial, the service is very good. Mythili analysis the skin texture and suggests to the best facial suitable for your skin type. I liked the service.

I availed their manicure and pedicure services. Mrs. Anita attended to me--she is incredibly friendly and amazing at her work. Her massage was excellent. Overall, the staff were very professional and welcoming.

By all means they must replace the name to "imperfect care" which is most apt for this place The location is excellent, footfall is great but the service is not up to the mark. From cleanliness, maintaining the hygiene conditions, services by the staff, approach, behaviour, equipment, and devices are pathetic. Not even minimum standards are maintained. None of the stations are fully equipped, staff will be running between the stations while giving the service. Hygiene standards are not in acceptable limits. The management is not serious about the business, inspite of giving them the feedback, no improvement was observed. My personal experience has not been positive, they made me sit in the station and the barber goes to the wash room in between and takes a break. Lastly they propose a scheme to join and ask you for the advance payment. Interestingly money will be deducted from the balance amount with the help of the phone number. Customer doesn't have to authorise the payment. They will generate the invoice and deduct the amount. I find this is not a legally approved practice one should follow for deducting the amount from the account. They are operating the saloon with the advance payments received from the customers without any liability on them. I am not sure why to visit this place when you have better service available at half the price...

I had a wonderful experience at this salon! Siddu did my hair treatment and haircut, and he was incredibly skilled and professional. My hair feels amazing after the session. Nagina handled the waxing, and she was very gentle and quick, my skin feels so smooth and fresh now. The staff here are friendly, and the services are top-notch. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality salon services. Definitely worth it!
