I went in for a simple haircut and clearly explained what I wanted, but the result was completely different. The stylist didn't listen properly and did something I absolutely didn't ask for. It's very disappointing, especially when you trust a professional with your hair. Wouldn't recommend getting a haircut here--especially from the new staff. The old stylists were good.
