The place is very good! They have good services and attend to every customer in a pleasant manner, personally I was really glad. Absolutely no fusses regarding anything was made and the staff was very patient and understanding, they provide wonderful packages and great deals. I feel that the money and time spent was worthwhile because the results were extremely satisfying and I am definitely going to recommend this place to all the people I know. I don't see why people have complaints from this place, it provides a fine experience without a doubt!! I really like the place and appreciate the Salons efforts and expertise! :)

Pathetic experience ever... The owner is quite friendly but even for an appointment she will make a big fuss.. No parlor will say no to a customer to come on a particular day,..but it was vice versa here. And then when my package started off.. she made me sit for a hour with a pedicure and manicure and was attending other customers. And then i had to leave of my package in the mid way and went home.. the next time i tried to come when my package was about to expire. She simply didn't entertain me at all.. Such a waste of money for me and waste of time. The staff is so slow and only 2 of them were their to attend all customers on a weekend. Will never come back here again.

Loved it!!! Staff are very welcoming!! And also very open to any kind of suggestions :) Was pampered and given importance, many salons don't do that. They usually take time and make me wait. It was definitely worth my trip over there as I live far :D Gonna suggest this place to a lot of people. You can trust them without any doubt and hesitation! Hope you find it the same!!

I've been here several times and I'm always impressed! They have amazing service, they listen to every need of yours and suggest the best! The prices are the most affordable. I'd highly recommend this place especially for their makeup and hair styling services!

The owner is so humble and nice. She understands the need of your skin And gives appropriate face packs.loved the service. Body scrub and massage was ultimate. Would definitely recommend.value for money is so worth it. Loved this place.

Package and pricing is good but service is really not the great. The reason the price is less is because of the service which isn't really that great. I had got waxing and eyebrows done. I just wanted to get the hell out of that place... Eyebrows was a bizzare... Waxing caused bleeding too..

very very bad service! i warn people never to step in to the Radiance Beauty Salon. Such untrained and ill-mannered staff. The girl who sits at the reception desk is fit for nothing. she is unaware of the services, offers and rates of the services. God knows why she is paid. and the materials they use for waxing and other services like manicure and pedicure are undoubtedly outdated and neither do they have proper equipment. I've learnt never to visit this salon again.

Highly unprofessional and arrogant. I was kept waiting for 20 minutes only to hear an unapologetic, 'Ma'am can you come tomorrow, we have started another client's job.' The owner of this lousy business in her own words, "Couldn't care less about a disappointed client or even a bad review like mine."
