I had a fantastic experience at Perimeter Salon Jayanagar for my hair smoothing treatment! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming. A special thanks to receptionist Pooja, who made me feel super comfortable and guided me through the process with a friendly attitude. The salon is clean, well-maintained, and has a great ambiance. The hair smoothing treatment was done professionally, and I'm absolutely loving the results--smooth, shiny, and frizz-free hair! I highly recommend Perimeter Salon for their excellent service and amazing staff. Will definitely visit again!

I've been going to Perimeter for years now, been to multiple lications. But Jayanagar location has been been the worst. Took an appointment and arrived on time. Due to poor infrastructure in the salon, had to cancel one procedure out of three. When I asked about the next one (the main service i had asked for and specifically requested not to be kept waiting) they asked me to wait and HOUR??!? What the hell did I take an appointment for?? And on top of that the front desk staff are terrible, soo rude and they lie. Soo sad to see the quality of a good salon go down like this :( Since I can't reply to your response, I'll just add here; maybe you are right, i might be wrong to assume 12pm to 1pm is one hour and not 15 mins, great time keeping. Good job lying to your customers. All the best

I recently visited this salon for a haircut and global highlights and was attended by Lily. She was extremely professional and dedicated to achieving the perfect result. Before proceeding, she conducted a patch test with different shades to determine the best color for my previously colored hair. Lily was patient, provided honest advice, and thoroughly explained how the coloring would affect pretreated hair. She also gave me a hairstyle makeover, expertly styling my hair with a feather cut and global highlights. Her attention to detail and skill made the experience truly exceptional.

Receptionist was polite and professional. I had opted for face cleanup and pedicure. Reviews: 1) Hygiene standards were poor 2) Lacked professionalism 3) Rough on the skin 4) Incomplete cleanup - my face wasn't properly cleaned after the procedure. 5) Felt rushed - the staff seemed more focused on finishing quickly than providing good service. Overall experience was disappointing.

I had a great experience at Perimeter Jayanagar as usual. They have good service at decent price points. Kavitha and Rahul gave a great service. At the Jayanagar branch, they can add on one more AC, as the room is big and only one AC is there, sometimes it can get a little hot in there, especially during summers. Overall, had a great experience; have been going there for the past 3 years.

I recently got a haircut her and I'm extremely pleased with the results! My stylist, Gobu, took the time to listen to what I wanted and gave me great suggestions based on my hair type and face shape. The haircut was exactly what I envisioned -- fresh, flattering, and well executed. Overall, a fantastic experience.
