I've been going to Scent Salon Spa for over a decade, and it's truly my go-to place for self-care. The ambiance is always calming, and the staff makes me feel welcome every single time. Liviny gives the most relaxing facials and massages--her touch is magic, and I always leave feeling refreshed. Jack is fantastic with nail extensions and acrylics; his work is flawless and long-lasting. And Rose is amazing with haircuts--she knows exactly what suits me. Just today, I got a fresh haircut and a completely new look from Rose, and I absolutely love it! She gave me exactly what I needed for a confidence boost. Highly recommend Scent Salon Spa and their wonderful team. They've been consistently excellent for years!

Absolutely terrible experience at Scent Sahakar Nagar! I did a keratin treatment last Thursday, paying 20,000 -- and by the very next day, even my mom noticed visible waviness in my hair. This has never happened in my previous three treatments, and it's clear the procedure wasn't done properly this time. The staff were clearly inexperienced and unprofessional. Despite paying the charges for long hair treatment, they kept asking for extra money, claiming they used more keratin than expected -- which felt very suspicious. They repeated this multiple times, making me feel uncomfortable. On top of that, they made me sign a consent form, which was never required in my earlier visits. The whole process felt shady and untrustworthy. For the amount I paid, I expected expert service and long-lasting results -- but instead, I got poor treatment, bad customer service, and results that didn't even last a day. Complete waste of money! I believe it's important to bring attention to the unethical and unprofessional practices this salon follows, so others don't fall victim to the same treatment. I had specifically requested and paid for a keratin treatment for my hair. However, without my knowledge or consent, the salon staff performed a botox treatment instead, which is an entirely different procedure. This kind of deception and misleading behavior is unacceptable -- as a customer, I trusted their word, and they blatantly lied to me about the service they were providing. As if this dishonesty wasn't enough, the botox treatment they administered has caused significant damage to my hair. Rather than the smooth, healthy results I was promised, my hair is now in worse condition than before. I am deeply upset by the harm they have caused, both to my appearance and my confidence. When I reached out to the salon to address this issue, they initially showed no willingness to take accountability. It was only after much back-and-forth that they apologized and offered to "rectify" the situation -- but only if I traveled back to Bangalore. This is highly inconvenient and unreasonable, as I reside in Kerala, and traveling all the way back just to fix a mistake they made is simply not feasible. Despite their clear misconduct and the damage caused, they have refused to refund my money. This shows a complete lack of responsibility and customer care. Not only did they fail to provide the service I paid for, but they also lied and caused harm, and yet they refuse to make amends in a fair and reasonable manner. I strongly believe no one else should have to go through this kind of ordeal. I am sharing my experience in the hope that this salon is held accountable for their unethical practices, and so that others are warned before trusting them with their services. I sincerely hope this matter is taken seriously, and I would appreciate a full refund for the damage and inconvenience caused. Should this issue remain unresolved, I will have no choice but to escalate this complaint to consumer protection authorities.

I came to this salon specifically to get hair cut and hair colour from Norbu as I have heard so many good things about his expertise on hair and he delivered the skills and technique as expected and it turned out real good and he maintain good communication with client to know what exactly client needs and also give good advice about how to take care of your hair and how to maintain healthy hair . I am so happy about the result and thanks Norbu for the wonderful work

I've been going to Rose at Scent for a long while now, and I can confidently say she's the best! She is incredibly detail-oriented and takes the time to understand exactly what you want. Her work is consistently high quality, and I always leave feeling great about her skills. On top of that, she's very flexible with scheduling and always goes the extra mile to accommodate. If you're looking for someone who truly cares about their craft and their clients, I can't recommend her enough!

After a bad experience elsewhere, I was nervous but my stylist took his time and did an awesome job. My hair has never looked better. I love my haircut and it's exactly what I wanted. My stylist name is Norbu .. He is professional and detailed I felt so comfy and well cared .... I felt like a new person after leaving the salon ... I truly recommend to everyone and blessed to have such an amazing stylist ... Thank you

Had such a great experience. I was in doubt with what colour and style to do with my hair . Norbu did my hair consultation and recommended hair colour and cut . He understood what I want and got what I am looking for. I am so satisfied with the result. I would 100 % recommend hair services from Norbu to all my girls.

I have been coming to Scent for a while and always leave with a satisfied experience. I see Rose at least a couple of times a month and I trust her to make my hair look and feel nothing but fabulous! The entire team at Scent is friendly, amiable and efficient.

I went in for a simple hair wash and blow dry, but the experience was far from relaxing. The stylist was extremely rough with my hair -- constantly pulling and tugging without any care. Instead of focusing on the service, he kept making unnecessary and unsolicited remarks about my hair, which was both unprofessional and uncomfortable. No serum was applied before detangling, and he tried to brush my wet hair directly, which anyone with even basic hair knowledge knows can lead to serious breakage. Overall, I left the salon feeling frustrated and worried about the damage done. I would strongly recommend avoiding Scent Salon -- definitely not worth the risk.
