Been a very, very regular and long-time customer since 2015 and previously staff used to be very, very good. But of late the service quality by Beauticians has reduced and it has been very inconsistent. Staff keeps changing/works on a rotational basis across chains (is my guess) and not all are at the same level. Even got their membership after a lot of pushing but saw no real benefit. Went last month for a hair spa and the product used was not the usual Loreal Hair Spa (I can tell, since I have been getting hair spas since 2012) - but I was still charged normal rates and the product they used turned my hair to straw. What has improved over the years at this salon are the hair stylists. I have patiently been waiting for a few months for Beauticians service consistency to improve but not seeing that so I will not be returning and will be looking for another salon.
