Today I visited Toni & Guy near Vidyaranyapura for a hair colouring session, and I'm absolutely happy with the results. The service was done by Hussain, who was not only professional but also gave me exactly the look I had in mind -- the styling and finish were spot on. Deepak, offered a fair and decent price, which made the experience even better. A friendly lady also did my eyebrows, and they came out really well, clean and shaped just right. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend their services!

Good, decent place. The front desk staff was polite and handed me a book to select the services I needed. I requested a haircut and beard styling, but I was informed that only a senior stylist was available. I also considered a face cleanup, but the pricing seemed a bit steep, so I decided to get it done elsewhere. Abdul was assigned to me, and he demonstrated good skills and professionalism. He did a decent job, but I requested a fade beard, and the final result didn't fully meet my expectations. While it was acceptable, it wasn't exactly what I had envisioned. The pricing structure is somewhat unclear, as charges vary between junior and senior stylists. However, there is no indication of how customers can identify who is a junior stylist and who is a senior. A clear pricing chart or a stylist list would make this more transparent. Additionally, I noticed that when a junior stylist isn't available, the customer is left with no choice but to opt for the senior stylist at a higher price. While this may boost sales in the short term, it could also create a perception of forced upselling, which may discourage repeat visits. Management should consider these aspects, as customers today are price-sensitive and have plenty of alternatives in the area. If they feel misled or overcharged, they are unlikely to return. As you offer premium services, adding a complimentary beverage such as tea, coffee, or water upon arrival or during the service would enhance the overall customer experience.

It was an awesome experience. Me and my daughter visited first time for the haircut.Sahil changed my look completely. My daughter's hair cut was done by Hussain, he read my daughters mind. Styled her hair exactly the way she wanted. We are very satisfied with the service.

One of the worst hair cut ever. It takes months to grow hair and you chopped it off like it meant anything.listen carefully what the customer wants and then cut the hair. I don't know what's her name who did my hair Cut yesterday but I am utterly disappointed, and I am never visiting the salon again.
