Wonderful experience .. The owner Mrs Gina is such a polite person and the services she provide is so good .. I got wax and clean up done from her . She makes sure that her client is comfortable and her work is 500% dedication. It was so relaxing session .. The best salon in Brookfield .. No fancy salon can beat her .. Must must visit .. I don't know for what reason they are being so arrogant and rude behaviour to customer while asking for an appointment. From past few days I was asking for a slot for threading but it seems there was no remaining slot. So I tried to book slot 5 days ago and they started saying that sorry we can't give any slots for only threading if you have package including threading then we can book the slot..I mean initially they were giving only morning slots for threading but now she is clearly refusing to customers who wants slots. Other fine day I was late for 5 min they refused for the service. And now while discussing about slots, she blocked me over WhatsApp. Such pathetic behaviour. First of all stop lying. I can upload all the screenshots I have. I have always turned up FYI. Only one day I was 5 min late and you have asked me to leave and I left. And moreover I wasn't disturbing you by messaging continuously BTW. And you were clearly refusing to give me slots in the morning. So I just had the question that earlier if you were giving me morning slots then why not now? Thats the time you blocked me. And you always give threading for morning slots not only for me for all the people whom I know. So stop potraying something else. And please try to give respect to your customers when they are asking for slots. Instead of being arrogant.

I used their pedicure service. I really loved the way it was done....the beautician takes personal care for every nail portion to remove the dead skins. They are also very friendly and their warm gesture is very much pleasing

Owner of the Salon is very cool, polite and calm, she will give good advice. She will suggest herbal( home remedies) rather than chemical products. I did facial in this salon for the first time, I'm very satisfied with the massaging, clearing black heads ,after done with the facial, I felt superb cool and relax. Overall awesome experience and full satisfaction. Visit once atleast, you will come out with 100% satisfaction. thanks didu for the service.

It was the best and detailed hairspa ttreatment that I have ever received! The owner and the staff are both very friendly and give a lot of tips on further haircare and skincare. The services are available at good affordable rates.

I had gone for Hair Spa and dandruff treatment. This is the best palour I have visited till now in marathalli area. Best service I have got. Worth spending your money. You will get know the changes once visited. Please do visit. Highly recommended.
