Very poorly skilled beauticians and poorer customer experience. I availed Saree draping and hair blow dry service. The beautician did not know it conceptually, and we ended up doing the whole thing ourselves. To address this, when I contacted customer care, that was a fresh battle in itself. YM app's customer chat will assign you 70+ I'm their queue to only come and say we will come back to you. They came back 2 days later over a call, which was further forwarded. Pathetic.

Very very poor quality and unhygienic service. I called them for home service and so am kidding not there was cockroach in her kit. The bag, bed spread and everything was dirty and quality of service was so poor. I would never recommend

This was very tedious process and the one I spoke to was not well informed and had no idea about the services they provide. And it's not consistent it's different in different cities. Horrible and rude staff who come for the service ..assigned in the booking is different from the staff they send and when u ask their name ..which is a basic question they r like chek in the app or talk to call centre..staff name is Nazira
