The staff is nice however the quality of service is below average. The staff isn't well trained especially when it comes to technique and customers comfort. Especially with hair treatments they're very rough with handling your hair that they keep pulling your hair out. Even the products they use are super cheap and u heard off. They change their prices almost every time and keep saying that the prices have been updated. Honestly the experience has always been so horrible but it's literally right next to my house, so I tend to go there for last minute requirements. Around 4-5 years ago, their services were great. It's so sad to see how bad it's got over the years.

My wife has been a regular customer in this salon. Unfortunately the last few times, we have called to for service requirement they have delayed getting back to us, mostly they have forgotten that we even called . A recent incident that she had to deal with, was she called the store this morning & the manager Mrs. Dakashini answered the phone & this was at 10:30am, it's now after 12pm & I have still not got a return call. My wife needs this service not because of luxury but out of necessity. We are starting to wonder if we made a mistake by getting a membership card there. They are very condescending when it's about selling the card but they never seems to understand or give any importance to long term customers. I'm starting think if it's because she is differently abled that she being treated this way . The reason we opted for the salon is because it was the closet one . Not all is bad, the staff there who worked before this, used to be very aware of the needs of the customers especially if they were a long term customers. Been a very disappointing few times. I'm extremely happy with my recent haircut, all thanks to Tanzing Sonam! He did an amazing job, and I'm thoroughly satisfied with the service. I highly recommend Tanzing Sonam to anyone looking for a great haircut. His expertise and attention to detail are top-notch!

Understanding what we want when we ask for threading is an art and the therapist did that well. I went with excessive growth and she did a painfree job. Will definitely consider going back

I went there for wax and the girl who did was great, the service was good she was continuously asking me to check if anywhere left but she did it very Nicely

lady named Liama fooled me by saying that she will gv hair cut for which she saidthe correct amount she sadid that well chrge extra fr blow dry which should be gvn free of cost i denied about blow dry. wen rthe hair cut was done she said that she will set the hair she used set the hair istead of blow dry she knew she has creayed confusion in customers mind and charged extra this type of mis communication they do and dont even bother about the lies such a bad skill of marketing requesting to refund the mny
