Stylist name : Anusha. One of the most terrible stylists(if she can be called that). One of the worst experiences of my life. They are crooks, absolute crooks with a terrible attitude. And cheat customers. I went here for a haircut, and their rate card(attached), said the stylist would charge 649. I spoke to them and agreed to it. The stylist was terrible to say the least, she washed my hair within 2-3 minutes, asked her which shampoo she just didn't reply. Now comes the turn for haircut, and she doesn't even add a clip to my hair and cuts in 5 minutes. Dries it in another 2 and says the setting of it will be additionally charged. She also cut a fringe after drying my hair which was completely slant. Who even does that. By the time my friend was done with her eyebrows and upper lip, my entire cut was done. Now comes the turn to pay, and they charged me 899 saying that they did a layer and it's expensive. When we protested, the manager on duty got up from his chair and started yelling at me & my friend. Anusha comes and says she can close a haircut in any way and time since she is too experiences and walks off. She then says the haircut is worth 1399 and she has done a favour on us. There was another customer who also protested. And they dismissed her too.

Worst service ever. I am a BSC member for 10 years now and visited Sahakar Nagar branch for the first time for mani and pedi. It was worth zero. She cut my cuticle and told no nail polish available. Towels are reused. When I demanded new towel she got the shower towel to wipe my hands. Facility smells strongly of mold. Lack of hygiene. Do not visit if you value cleanliness Wanted to give zero rating

Had a wonderful experience at YLG! I got waxing and a facial done by Lancy, and she was absolutely amazing. She was very professional, gentle, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The waxing was smooth and painless, and the facial left my skin feeling super clean and glowing.

I had visited ylg salon in sahakar Nagar to get my hair spa done.. I really liked the service.. it was done by Vivek .. firstly he informed me about my hair condition and about my scalp .. later he started explaining abt the products he is using and it's benefits.. i really got the premium service from him ... He was very polite and kind.. He also showed the difference by taking the pictures.. It's a goto place for good service.. Thankyou Vivek for the service
