I basically went for hair cut and hair colouring but due to suggestions made by the staff I ended up with Keratin treatment. The procedure is not basically painful but the staff made it a nightmare for me. My scalp was paining a lot with each pulling and flat ironing. Haircut was better but not exactly as I wanted. Originally my hair was dry and frizzy now I think it got damaged more worse. Overall bad experience.
