The new staffs are very bad at doing eyebrows. I really had a very bad experience today and totally upset by their behaviour the staff were acting like nothing happened and so easily told that the eyebrow will grow in few days. I totally had a bad experience and even recommend not to have any kind of haircut or eyebrows from new staffs they are very bad at it

SAJID Disappointing Experience at Alpha Salon I recently had a haircut at Alpha, and the experience was quite disappointing. The person cutting my hair was extremely rude and seemed to be in a hurry. They didn't take the time to properly finish the service and left without even washing my hair. This kind of unprofessional behavior is unacceptable, especially when customers expect a decent level of service. Definitely not coming back!

I had visited this saloon yesterday and they explained some package, which didn't mention on service list. It was really expensive for the service they did. I guess receptionists are taking money because they told me to send money for their number instead of any company's QR code. It was average service for what they charged. Even if I choose individual services it would have costs only 2k but definitely expensive. Don't fall for google ratings it's all fake there
