I went for Facial and massage From the second I stepped into Salon till to the end Mr Puneeth who is manager at Lakme salon made us fell very satisfied and happy by his kind of customer support and helped us with offering snacks and drinks in our waiting time. Pathetic service and customer handling. I visited the salon for facial, waxing, threading, nail cut, file and polish services. The professional named Bhagya,now I am not even sure that is even trained she did all services except the service for nails. Bhagya started the service with waxing where was simply pulling the waxing strips without even pressing it, this led to hear breakage and leaving patches all over the hand. During this time I told her twice to be mindful and press the strip before pulling it off to avoid hair breakage but I don't thinks he understood that. Next she did my treading which was okay and then she started the facial, during facial just to sell the services and products (which I completely understand they are asked to do that by the salon but they should also be told to maintain some boundaries and not to irritate customer but to focus on service and do that properly first) she constantly complaint about the skin and blackhead and at a point she told things which made me feel that my skin is having some serious medical concerns, then I asked her to stop saying that again and better focus on her task. She then used steam for for good 20-25 mins directly on my face when I told her to remove she told it is fine but insisted to remove because I know it is not good to directly expose face skin to steam for a very long time. The she scrubbing my skin with some instrument or nails to remove the blackheads, she did this so hard which gave a permanent rapture of skin and blood vessels on the top of my mose. This was reading right after the service but latter it started becoming darker and the skin there becomes hard and red due to internal injury. I did not say anything as I felt the pain while she did but it was not much visible then. So the other mentioned things were still okay as I considered her as untrained or new. But what came out latter is not acceptable. My sincere request is to kindly keep trained professional, constantly remind them about safety measures and handling the customer with outmost safety rather than focusing on selling the service or product.if the service is good, client will definitely return back but with such High negligence and bad service not just current client but others will also be demotivated to come. Hope this feedback helps the group to take right steps and training measure for their staffs. The sevice for nails was done by another girl and she was good at her task. She had limited options with respect to nude nail paints( which is not exactly her problem she can only have what the salon provides)but still she did a good job. the outcome was good as well.

I had booked an appointment on a weekday at Lakme Salon. However, when I arrived at the salon, I was informed that there were two more clients ahead of me. No one had informed me about this delay beforehand. During a busy weekday schedule, this kind of mismanagement is completely unacceptable. There was no commitment from the staff, and not once did anyone apologize for the inconvenience caused. I was speaking to Mr. Puneeth at the time. This level of service is highly disappointing and ridiculous
