Subject: Extremely Disappointed with Unprofessional Service I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the service and staff behavior at your salon located in Gangavathi (Koppal district, above Sirigere Enterprises, 1st floor). I visited today with my daughter for her haircut, and the experience was terrible. The AC was not working, and there was no ventilation at all. The only cooler was placed far away from the customer area. My daughter was very uncomfortable and even started crying due to the heat. I politely requested a staff member named Sajeeb to move the cooler closer, but he completely ignored me. I then approached the counter to explain the situation and asked for help, but shockingly, I was told to go and ask the person cutting my daughter's hair. Even after 5 minutes, the cooler remained in a corner with no one around it. This kind of unprofessional and careless attitude is unacceptable. If basic customer comfort and requests cannot be handled, it raises a serious question: why should customers even visit your salon? I hope you take this feedback seriously and make immediate improvements to your staff's attitude and your facilities. (Photos attached for your reference.)

I visited Frist time loreal in Gangavathi, Jabed is such a nice person he did very well with the hair cutting and spa he treated customers like a friend and I love the staff, thanks to loreal.

They are cutting hair as per their wish without listening to the customers even the manager also not listening to customer I'm unhappy they messed up my daughter hair at the time of function
