I was really satisfied with the service. so I had visited fushion salon to get waxing, eyebrow, haircut, and facial done. It was a really great experience. I received warm welcome by staff and pleasant service. Price were reasonable. It was a really good experience. Hygienic in all aspects and skilled perfectionist staff. Highly recommended.

I'm genuinely disappointed with my recent experience. Despite having a scheduled appointment, we were left waiting while the front desk staff moved at a sluggish pace, showing little regard for our time. The whole point of an appointment is to ensure efficiency, which was clearly lacking here. What's even more frustrating is the indifferent attitude at the front desk. The first impression of any establishment starts there, yet there was no welcoming demeanor--just a cold, uninviting approach. It's disheartening to see such poor customer service, as it sets the tone for the entire visit. A little professionalism and a friendly attitude could go a long way in improving the customer experience.
