Reception male person here was not at all communicative and ignored a lot. They are not at all professional and don't know how to respect and treat customers. Hair stylist was also least communicative, lazy and doesn't provide any suggestion.

Had a really bad experience... No professionalism, no cleanliness, and the staffs are very rude, doesn't speak politely and shows no interest while cutting hairs.. They didn't even set the hair, they didn't even blow dry , I had to ask them , then in an very unprofessional manner they blow dried my hair which ended up damaging my hair Would not recommend this salon to anyone

I had a very disappointing experience at this place. Not only did they make me wait far too long, but the staff was extremely rude throughout. Their behavior towards customers was unacceptable, and it felt like they had no interest in providing decent service. Instead of being polite and helpful, they addressed customers in a dismissive and unprofessional manner. Definitely not a place I would recommend!

It was very disappointing my eyebrows was not at all proper they did both in two different shapes , about waxing - worst waxing done it's very painful and the wax is very sticky not at all going from the body after many wash and they were so rash that in my underarms the skin got peeled off , it was horrible and worst experience so bad !!

Very bad experience, the hair stylists here know only one haircut and that is so called butterfly cut. No matter what haircut you ask them to do they'll end up with butterfly cut.

Worst experience I had in this salon... Staff not experienced so rude... They just pulling out the hairs... Such a bad & worst experience.

As the hair artist is very rude they are never polite....no professionals Need to be polite ....not satisfied....they never knew discipline...
