Hair Affair Professional Unisex Salon

I had an amazing experience at hair affair for a HydraFacial! The shop was clean and relaxing, and the staff were professional and friendly. The treatment left my skin glowing, hydrated, and smooth with visible results right away. Definitely worth the price--I'll be back!

I recently visited Hair Affair Salon in Orchid Mall, Kalburgi, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. My wife, son, and I went in for hair services, and my wife informed the receptionist that we all wanted to get our hair done. The receptionist mentioned it would take about 5-10 minutes to start. My wife and son received their services without any issues, but I was left waiting indefinitely. Despite a stylist finishing with another client and sitting idle for over 15 minutes, the receptionist did not bother to assign him to me. I was left waiting for over an hour before Stylist Khan returned from his break to attend to me. While Khan did provide good service, the overall experience was disappointing due to the poor management and lack of communication. It's clear that the salon's management needs to improve their planning and coordination to ensure a better experience for their clients. I hope they take this feedback seriously and work on improving their customer service.

Went to get threading done. Despite my several instructions before the service not to remove too much thickness from my eyebrows the lady doing them not only made them extremely thin but also misshapen. The eyebrows don't match and there is nothing that can be done to hair that has already been threaded away. Had another lady try to fix it but the damage was already done. I understand human error, but it's better to avoid the younger staff for such services where they don't listen to anything you say.

Unfit to do hair cut for kids. They do not handle them smoothly. They get irritated over customers if kids do not cooperate while hair cut. Instead the expectation be they talk nicely to kid and smoothly handle them. Don't get your kids here if you want a better satisfying hair cut

Got the best haircut and the best hair colour...Ali was really amazing at his work n very humble in nature...had a very good experience overall..would definitely recommend this salon for hair care
