I had a terrible experience at Naturals Kalaburagi. The service was absolutely pathetic and far from what you'd expect from a well-known salon chain. Despite charging premium prices -- around 250 to 400 for a basic haircut -- the standards are shockingly low. The staff were more interested in gossiping with each other than doing their job. I had to wait unnecessarily because the employees were busy chatting, not because the place was crowded. When I finally got my haircut, it was done in a rushed and careless manner, with zero professionalism or attention to detail. There was no consultation, no hygiene protocol followed, and absolutely no seriousness from the staff. For the amount they are charging, you'd expect at least basic courtesy and a decent haircut -- but even that was missing. It's clear that the people working there are not trained properly and lack the professionalism required in the service industry. Totally disappointed and won't be visiting again. Not recommended at all! I would like to clarify that I visited Naturals Salon, Prime Mall, Gulbarga, Karnataka on 6th May 2025, and paid 250 for a haircut that was done very unprofessionally, despite clearly explaining my requirements to the barber. To make matters worse, the receptionist did not bother to record my details or respond to the complaint I raised on the spot. There was a clear lack of basic customer service and professionalism. Let me also mention that I have had consistently good experiences with Naturals Salons in other cities like Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Pune, where the staff have always been courteous, professional, and attentive to customer needs. Unfortunately, the Gulbarga branch has failed to meet even the basic standards expected from a brand like Naturals. This review is not made in error. It is intended to make the people of Gulbarga aware of the unprofessional system being followed at this particular branch. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and takes steps to improve the service quality.
