Panchi Boutique and Spa

We visited Panchi Beauty Parlour yesterday, extremely poor service the ladies have no clue what is the meaning of blow dry!! If they don't know they need to say we don't know blow drying! We visited one year back and it was the same thing, nothing has changed. So when we spoke to the owner she had the arrogance to say why did u revisit the parlour again!! So basically this is the best they can do...a worst service is what they know. Totally disgusted with the service. We then went to oceanic parlour and got the best service, so going to panchi is total waste of time.

Extremely disappointed with the experience at Panchi Beauty Parlour. The staff there aren't updated with new trends and do not have the urge of learning too. I was shocked with the rudeness of the owner-lady, she was extremely rude by asking us why we visited their parlour as we didn't have a good experience in the past!! what an innocent question by the owner, since her staff is inexperienced and past one year they have not improved a bit. I would never go there again and will never recommend to anyone either. If you read a 5Start review, I'm percent sure that it's fake review

Extremely disappointed with the experience at Panchi Boutique. On 02/01/25, my wife and I went to collect a saree and blouse. Initially, everything seemed fine, and we paid 1,590. However, we later noticed a blue fall stitched to a purple saree, which was unacceptable. The boutique admitted they didn't have a matching fall but didn't consult us before proceeding. After agreeing to fix it, they later refused and offered only 120 as compensation for their mistake on a saree worth 8,000. The owner was uncooperative and failed to address our concerns professionally. Despite agreeing to a resolution over the phone, she avoided meeting us in person multiple times and gave contradictory instructions. She also showed no accountability or remorse for damaging an expensive saree meant for a wedding. This lack of responsibility and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. Not recommended if you value your time and belongings.

My experience wasn't a recent one but worth mentioning. First of all the staff there aren't updated with recent trends, I had to keep correcting them. I was shocked with the rudeness of the lady who I paid in the end, she was extremely rude when I asked her why she charged me so much when her staff hardly did anything. I would never go there again. Would never recommend either. You could simple take a bus to udupi or mangalore or pay a beautician travel charges to come to karkala if it's a BIG day for you.

Got a hair cut. She did with care n precision. Perfect, just as I wanted it. Very affordable rates. Loved the whole experience!

They provide all services and they treat customers as invited guests. They are very kind and provide wonderful service. They use Lotus products. They also provide bridal package.

I had my hair spa and pedicure in here. The massage was amazing. I instantly felt relaxed. Please do visit and try it out for yourself.
