RIHANASI ladies Beauty Parlour With Spa

The upper lips done were ok but the girls sitting there need serious lessons of customer service. They are busy chatting and look least interested in doing the job. Very unpleasant experience. Even after pointing it out softly the so claimed owner girl retaliated bck very rudely. Hair trimming was also done in 5minutes with no interest at all. Not going back for sure.

Just want to share my experience . I am not from Karwar and I cannot comment on the all services. But this was my experience. I was in Karwar to attend a weddings and was looking around for any parlor to drape saree . This parlor was very closeby. I went the previous day to ask and confirmed N number of times if for sure they can drape the saree the way I asked and that I will not go looking around for other . The lady confirmed. I even called her again previous day and asked for confirmation and she again confirmed. Next morning I kept calling the lady she did not pick. Later at Nth moment she calls up to say she cannot come and cannot drape the saree . It is completely ok to say No. But the point is she shouldn't have confirmed meband atleast she could have informed me when I called previous day or the next morning early when I called. Pathetic customer service to spoil someone's day. I wish I could give 0 star.

The owner of this Parler is sooo Rude and biased about Hindi speaking people... With painful eyebrows services her comments was "* Tum navel base Hindi bolne wale log hi complaint karte he humare yanha koi kuch nahi kahata....*" according to her all Hindi speaking persons are from navel only...... She should put the Board that no outsider of Karwar allowed in this Parler...... Truly unprofessional owner...

Worst haircut I've ever had. They messed up my haircut and now i have few strands long few short. Would never recommend this parlour.

Worst experience ever....if u r planning for a bridal make up, my humble request for you is to not to try this parlour .She does the horrible hair and face make over.....

Parlor is okay.but I think they need to wear gloves and mask.they don't take covid seriously.if u wanna go go with ur own risk.

Worst ever, very unhygienic and poor service. They will charge full but won't have the products essential for the service.
