The Bright Family salon

Service provided by employees was good but they lack experience. They cheated when it came to pricing. They over charged and hid charges initially. When we spoke to them about same they started defending and started offering discount. They did not clear pricing when menu was asked. They doubled the price of list and during payment and started arguing.

I went to this salon for a hair and beard makeover. The place looked awesome inside, and the staff were super nice and knew their stuff. They did up my haircut, some color action on my hair, and gave a wash. My hair and beard turned out just how I wanted. Overall, a fantastic visit.

Horrible experience ever! I went in there for waxing and facial and I opted from their opening combo offers. They don't show you what products they use and I ended up having pimples patches and rashes all over my face. The basic service of waxing they couldn't do and as a result I have red patches which are turning black on both my arms. Very dissatisfied and definitely won't recommend it to anyone.

Hello! I had worst experience at this place I had got me haircut done by an unprofessional hair stylist named Karan .. he really don't have any idea about haircut how will a person look after getting such haircut he just believes in chopping hair in an unprofessional way..please avoid this place.. they should atleast hve an idea of what will loook nice on customer..they just keep chopping ur hair acc to ur wish.. worst haircut very u hygienic place they do t even remove old hair from basin while washing hair..

Ambience is too good such a cool place, extremely good services and also staff are too good and very polite and friendly. Moreover their cost are very affordable. Highly recommend and a must visit place.
