I got facial and waxing services done today and really loved the experience. Poornima was amazing , she listened what I wanted and suggested good facial , she is really good at massaging too. I would definitely visit again and request her specifically

Today I had a disappointing experience at Spin Mandya. Despite paying for a package that included massage, hair wash, and hair drying, the owner refused my request to do the hair wash the next day, which would have helped moisturize my hair. The way he communicated was unprofessional, and it left a negative impression. I wasn't asking for extra service, just a minor accommodation. This experience highlights the importance of small gestures in customer service.

I am really disappointed with the haircut done to my daughter yesterday. It was not what we had requested, and it doesn't suit her at all. The stylist didn't take the time to understand our preferences or offer any helpful suggestions. The result was uneven and poorly styled. I expected much better attention to detail and professionalism.

Ambience is too good also the person named Shivu who attended my daughter is very friendly in nature..he did his best...Liked the haircut very much... happy customer

The haircut itself was excellent--Nandan's attention to detail was evident throughout the entire process, and I could tell he really cares about making sure the client is happy with the final result. He worked efficiently, but never rushed, and the result was exactly what I wanted. @Nandan

Not even have tha commansense of staffs and more over don't have any timing sense. If you're take an appointment you have to wait for 1 to 2 hour, irresponsible of staffs just let tell them to have some decisipline and timing sense
