She ruined my hair. I was satisfied with the eyebrow shaping and waxing, but unfortunately, the haircut didn't meet my expectations. Despite my clear instructions to maintain the length, being unexperienced with curly hair, the stylist cut my curly hair too short, resulting in uneven sides. I had specifically asked for a simple V-shaped cut, but the execution fell short, leaving me disappointed.
